I've been a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor since 2012 and I have been sober for the past 15 years. My path to becoming a counselor and life coach was deeply personal. Overcoming addiction, I found my calling in supporting others through their recovery journeys. Throughout my life, I've been labeled as "too much," "too weird," or "too emotional." However, I've come to embrace these qualities as strengths. My experiences have taught me the power of authenticity and self acceptance. I've put it all out there for the world to see on Season 44 of Survivor and Season 3 of The Traitors.
